- A Google User Review added: 2018.11.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I asked for highlights, an in between colour and a wash cut and blowdry. The highlights are a good tone but clearly half a centimetre of root showing, and the under colour much darker than I had asked for - I felt ignored and not listened to. The whole awful experience set me back £140 and two weeks later it looks like my roots desperately need doing all over again. Won't be going back.
